1.佛光大学教职人才应征系统网站http://120.101.66.93/ALLTOP_NEW/index.php
2.第一次登入须注册帐号;第二次以后可直接以帐号密码登入系统。
3.职缺说明可至「系统公告」详看职务名称、说明及职务应征结束日期。
4.依「人员基本履历」、「职员履历」或「教师履历」项目依序填入资料及上传相关证明文件档案。
5.各项目请记得填写(按「新增」后,填写完点选「确认修改」)。
6.填完各项履历后可至职务应征「履历表确认及其他」选择应征职务类型、确认资料、勾选职务名称即完成应征流程。

八、应征方式说明
(一)应征方式说明:
请务必于「佛光大学教职人才应征系统」(http://120.101.66.93/ALLTOP_NEW/index.php)登录资料及应征。
请使用Google Chrome浏览器或IE 10版以上登入资料。
1.第一次应征需办理注册。
2.登入后,请依系统内左列选单三步骤逐一填写,并备齐相关资料,才算完成应征流程。
(1) 步骤一:基本资料填写:请填写您的基本资料。
(2) 步骤二:应征教师者续填:请依应征教师类别,填写所需其他资料。
(3) 步骤三:选择应征职务:请依应征身份选择「专任教师」及应征职务。
以上三步骤务必填写完成,缺填任一项将无法完成应征程序。
3、表格与上传资料说明:
(1)线上填写:履历表(含基本资料、自传、学术专长、近五年着作目录、近三年执行科技部或其他专案、其他获奖或特殊荣誉事蹟)
(2)上传资料:

II.最高学历证明文件或临时学位证明书
A.大陆地区学历请依「大陆地区学历采认办法」办理检附学历认定证明。
B. 持有国外大学学历者请依「大学办理国外学历采认办法」办理验证。
III. 在职证明或经历证明文件
IV.教师证书(无则免)
V. 专门着作(专书、期刊、研讨会论文或其他有助于审查之资料。)可另用纸本寄送。

8. Application Method Description
a. Description of application method:
Please be sure to log in and apply for the "Fo Guang University Faculty Application System" (http://120.101.66.93/ALLTOP_NEW/index.php).
Please use Google Chrome or IE 10 or above to log in.
b. Registration is required for first time applicants.
i. After logging in, please fill in the three steps on the menu in the left column of the system and prepare relevant information to complete the application process:
Step 1: Basic information: Please fill in your basic information.
Step 2: Teacher Applicants: Please fill in the required information that are required for the applied position.
Step 3: Application title: Please select “Part-time teacher” and apply for the position according to the applicant status.
ii. The above three steps must be completed, any missing steps will not allow you to complete the application process.
c. Description of forms and required materials:
i. Online form: resume (including basic information, autobiography, academic expertise, catalogue of works in the past five years, implementation of the Ministry of Science and Technology or other projects in the past three years, other awards or special honors)
ii. Required Materials:
1. 2-inch head shot
2. Certificate of the highest academic qualification or temporary degree certificate
a. Qualifications in the mainland area should be accompanied by the “Certificate of Academic Qualifications in Mainland China”.
b. If you have a foreign university degree, please apply for verification according to the “University Management Method for Foreign Education”.
3. Certificate of employment or experience
4. Teacher certificate (not required if you do not have one)
5. Specialized works (special books, journals, seminar papers, or other materials that facilitate review). Please also send in a hard copy.
6. Teaching plan sheet (expected teaching plan for teaching courses)
